Dr. Johnie Fredman is the owner of Focus Mental Health Services, LLC, and also Heartland Hypnosis Services, LLC. Dr. Fredman has been in the mental health field since 1995. He has also served as a police officer and full-time minister. Johnie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and licensed LPC supervisor.
He is also a board-certified hypnotist and certified hypnosis instructor. He was formerly the Director of Psychological Health for the Oklahoma National Guard. His training and experience help him to assist soldiers, emergency services personnel, and everyday people to overcome traumas and difficult experiences in their lives. Johnie also enjoys helping couples resolve relationship struggles and has significant experience working with troubled children and teenagers.

Dr. Fredman works with clients of all ages and utilizes a wide range of techniques to help his clients. He draws from many theoretical approaches, such as CBT, person-centered, EMDR, and family systems theories. He also utilizes neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, which has been proven to be highly effective for many issues, including helping with ADHD, sleeping problems, autism, and trauma. He works with sexual addiction and was certified as a sex addiction therapist and is currently working towards certification in sex therapy.
