My name is Rebekah Mason, M.S., LPC. I graduated from East Central University in 2017 with a master’s degree in human resources with an emphasis in counseling and became fully licensed in 2019.
I am a registered play therapy and trained in EMDR. I work with children, teens, families, and adults going through a difficult time. I believe that play is the language of children and provides a pathway to healing. My primary treatment modalities are play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR. I like to use a holistic approach to healing. I see children, adolescents, and adults at the office or school setting depending on the needs of the individual. I work with individuals with ADHD, ASD, ODD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and trauma. I can do telehealth or in person appointments. I will work with you as a supportive therapist that will collaborate with you in a safe space, free of stigma and judgement, to help you obtain your mental health and life goals. My aim is to help people on their journey to healing feel seen, heard, and connected to be authentically themselves in a safe place.
